Nasiol PPF Guard is a flexible nano-ceramic coating designed to enhance the performance and longevity of paint protection films (PPF). Applied in two layers with minimal waiting time, PPF Guard adds hydrophobic, UV-resistant, and easy-to-clean properties to your film-coated surfaces without affecting the self-healing or physical characteristics of glossy, matte, or satin finishes. It helps prevent color fading from sun exposure while maintaining the integrity of your PPF.

Application Instructions:

  1. Optimal Conditions: Apply in a shaded area with temperature around 23°C (73°F) and 50% relative humidity. Avoid overly hot or cold surfaces.

  2. Surface Preparation:

    • Wash the vehicle thoroughly.

    • If needed, polish using silicone-free products suitable for PPF.

    • Dry completely and remove any dust or dirt using Nasiol Clean.

  3. Application:

    • Partition the surface visually or with masking tape; work on areas no larger than 1 m² at a time.

    • Shake the bottle gently, remove the cap, and apply the recommended amount of product onto the suede cloth on the applicator block.

    • Spread evenly over the surface using horizontal and vertical motions.

    • Immediately buff excess product within 30–60 seconds using the included microfiber cloth, avoiding swirls.

    • Wait 60 minutes, then repeat the process for the second layer.

  4. Curing:

    • Keep coated surfaces away from direct sunlight, water, dust, and other contaminants.

    • Avoid washing with detergents or shampoo for the first 48 hours.

    • The vehicle can be taken outdoors 24 hours after application.
